Four Wilmington restaurants midtown’s Indochine, downtown’s Caprice Bistro and Le Catalan and Lumina Station‘s Port Land Grille all celebrated a decade in business within the past year. Longevity, however, does not guarantee continued success.
After 28 years in business, Wilmington’s Mai Tai, 4121 Oleander Drive, closed on Oct. 30.
For many years, Mai Tai was an Asian buffet.

LOS ANGELES — Hollywood will unwrap nine new movies from Friday through Christmas in hopes that a bountiful holiday season can make up for what has been a disappointing year at the box office.
Studios are serving up singing rodents, a skyscraper-scaling action hero, a horse caught up in a war and an animated kid reporter as they seek to capitalize on two of the most popular moviegoing weeks of the year.
